Additions and Improvements to our Customer Service

As Godiva continues to enhance its customers' experiences, we would like to communicate additions and improvements to our Customer Services.

First, we would like to introduce our new Global Customer Service Manager, Christine Tarro. Christine has a wealth of call center experience and brings with her a customer-centric focus to the team. Christine will be working closely with Adam Foster (Customer Service & UK OEM Manager) and the Godiva team in Warwick, England, to continually improve the service offered to our customers across the globe.

Secondly, we have created two new email addresses in order to improve enquiry response time and expedite order placement. These addresses route to all members of the Customer Service Team and are not affected by holidays or absences.
